Job Description

• To plan and propose interior design ideas or solutions and space planning to meet client’s needs
• Space planning, 3d visualisation and detail drawings are second nature to you
• Produce detail drawings and specification for construction
• With great ideas, innovative and extensive design skills
• Ability to develop and translate conceptual direction/design into accurate & high-quality 3D renderings
• Able to work under pressure / tight deadline

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in Interior Design or relevant field
• Interior/Architecture experience: 2 years (preferred)
• Location: Singapore (preferred)
• Adequate computer literacy
• Detailed and meticulous
• Required skills: Autocad, Sketchup, 3Dmax, V-Ray, Photoshop, or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills

• On-time delivery of all projects
• Budgetary control of all projects
• Proper coordination with all sub-contractors and in-house workers
• Ensuring all products are delivered to the requirements and specifications of clients
• Ensure good workmanship of all products
• Maintain good communication with clients and proper conveying of requirements to back-end subcontractor / in-house workers

Job Requirements

• Min ITE / Diploma of Engineering discipline preferred
• Min 2 years in related field preferred
• Bilingual in English / Mandarin (ability to communicate with Chinese speaking clients)
• Basic salary, allowance & monthly performance incentive
